Stove n Kitchen

Latest: Hospital confirmed my aunt's cancer relapsed after 30 yrs & in the final stage! various treatment methods were suggested by the hospital. Well at her old age of mid-70s she chose the Medication method & opted out any other treatments including Feng Shui!!! meaning i need not go to her place to assess the Stove position which surely is at fault! a friend remarked that what about the Health of the other 2 women in the same flat! isn't it a Concern! Since they resist the Help i can't insist. following is the whole case: 

my relatives inspired me to pen this article. my aunt had cancer 30 yrs ago. operated in X hospital. they expected a relapse in a few yrs time. at a loss w/o any religion my aunt joined japanese buddhism w her heart n soul. X hospital considered my aunt as a miracle coz no relapse.

about 2 yrs ago, my aunt, girl cousin, cousin-in-law n niece moved into a 5rm resale flat in toa payoh. by then my cousin is a christian. no feng shui or auspicious date was applied although my cousin-in-law's bro was a part-time geomancer & i a full time.

every now n then when they or my aunt visit us, the highlight is my cousin has this or that medical problem n is always organ involved. about 3 weeks ago my aunt came n disclosed that she's hospitalised n operated on due to stones in some organs. she also highlighted that my cousin also got such problem. recall telling my cousin to drink Green Apple Juice as i read b4 that such juice will clear the stones in a natural way.

yesterday my cousin came with her mum. i was busy with 2 groups of clients. 1 family wanted date n name for the delivery of the 2nd child. the elderly couple wanted date for their daughter's wedding banquet at Phuket with rom here. for that few spare mins learnt from my cousin that my aunt's condition took a bad turn although she looked healthy.

Y hospital said my aunt was at the final stage of cancer! they tried to get old record from X hospital but the record was destroyed after 3 decades. at this moment Y hospital will analyse further. to me this's Abnormal! both mature women were sicked! contacted my cousin this morning that i wished to check on their Stove position. unfortunately her hubby was out of town. she could only wait till his return n see whether they can accept my request. i hope my aunt can wait till then.

Stove is Career, Woman's Heath n Fertility. base on dob i'll check for the Best Location for the Stove. as it's of Fire element no water item eg fridge, washing basin, washing machine should be opposite it. it can be in line but must be at least 30 cm or 1 foot away. don't hang cloth above the stove. to be safe non cooking related item shouldn't be opposite it. also Stove should not be exposed to public eyes otherwise people will come at around meal time to share your food, &/or people come to borrow $. 

in a Restaurant or any F & B outlets, Kitchen & Stove are equally vital. once these 2 places are checked base on Geomancy, customers will come in long Q even the food actually sucks. not only business will improve, the chefs even junior cooks will be more creative & improved. vice versa if these 2 places are wrong, even the best chef will fail. 

Auspicious Date n Time to build or place the Kitchen or Stove is vip too. so don't just think how to beautify the place, getting it Right is more important.

Religion & Feng Shui

Mun a successful businessman recently had the biggest 4D win of $4k just 1 week b4 he left for temple visit in bangkok. he spent all the winnings + extra $ in bkk by donating to all donation boxes, monks, & rituals in the 8 temples all over bkk. $ oso went to f & b in restaurants, & decent massages. shopping was minimum. 

Mun learnt Thai Buddhism many years ago. whenever he needs such religion help, a Lum will come. Lum organises such activities. last year the altar at Mun's office gave way! Lum & i were called in. in this decade Mun has yet to visit thailand. 2 mths ago he'd this wish to visit bkk for religious reason. 1 day Lum ph Mun & told him that he came to his dream. Lum disclosed that he were be organising a Temple Visit trip for a large group of 40 over pax. will travel by cathay pacific & stay in budget chinatown hotel. cost about S$600. cost of coach bus & food in bkk will be shared. 5D 4N.

Mun went for Flower Bath. it's a mass ritual conducted by thai monks. water will pour from your head in public. toilets were there 4u to dry up & get changed.  


Mun felt that his business was better b4 the visit. after the visit business was actually slower. & the strange happening was.... a lady neighbour came to his office.... told him that the Thai Buddhism drawing on his office door lacked power.... Qi in his premises no good.... she learnt Thai Buddhism long long ago... down on luck for the last 15 years...... advised him to go for Flower Bath (which he already did) coz his forehead was dark.... gave him a bottle of holy water trusted 2b blessed by thai monks long ago... told him to bath with it....


i was called in due to the above happening. no bad Qi. only the pair of thai elephants in his office wasn't in line. no empty shelf is desirable. we conclude that that lady neighbour was mildly mentally unstable &/or had a secret liking for Mun. Mun long threw that holy water away afraid that he might be under the spell of that lady if used or even put in his office!


Mun liked many others use both Religion & Geomancy hoping to get the Best. the question is which 1 is better or working? Feng Shui is an Environmental Science. basically it's about the balance of energy of the humans & surroundings. Religion is a way of life in general. Lord Buddha advised that Don't go against Nature!

i feel that Religion in addition to some rituals teach 1 2b good. Geomancy causes 1 to live right. in these 20 over years i've seen many religious people are not enjoying their lives until feng shui was used. vice versa many non religious people after using feng shui found their faith! about 80% of my clients are Christians of which Catholic formed the biggest group. 5% is free thinker. remaining are of other religions.

 freehold has nature, convenience, education & retail. natura @ hillview almost looks like a A class buy but its design spoil the soup! too sharp & congested. Qi cant move around freely!

you live in Geylang the red light dist! Smart Aljunied is near to mrt, shops, & plenty to eat. moreover it's freehold. well if you dont mind many women & men of diff nations hanging around your area, it maybe a cheap buy. interestingly the advt on april's fool day, suntimes, shows alot......

freehold Bliss @ kovan looks good if the illegal hookers & health centres can be under control! 

if you think 99 yrs is good enough, this 6 blk Thomson Grand Novel looks ok (less road structure) with view of golf course, reservoir, park & nature reserve. higher the floor the better folks! 

$1.11m for a 635sqf 1 bedrm unit, 99 yrs!!! Siao! artistic yes. feng shui Questionable! hard n tough to "Climb Up"! Steep Angle easy to "Fall"! Flat Top good for "Jumping"!  lack Solid Feel! road & environmental structure not clear. bishan once was graveyard.  

Water is impt n vital. often water view is the ideal choice BUT its shape n flow matters v much! this river bend in Sky Platios shoots like an Arrow. together with the nearby straight road, it forms Bow n Arrow!!! although the design blends with the curve, it says Come Shoot Me!!! 

triangular shape is called Panties in geomancy. Pasirrisone actually have land of nice bend n curve BUT is disturbed by the Panties road n land form!!! exam it carefully n ask yourself where r the legs n so on? see whether u know the property is built on which body parts. happy viewing, thinking but no cheeky minds!

Katong & Freehold really help ease this open legs, tomb or graveyard lookalike property!

Bangkok Ecotel Jetstar

my biggest achievement this bkk trip mar 16-19 is the unintentional buy of a dream bag, black solid Croc skin brief case. although it costed a Big 5-figure thbt, the satisfaction is infinity! luv leather stuff since young. it's from Jinfulin leathergoods pld in silom plaza. heard of this co some yrs ago. it's a big name in thai.

didnt know tat changi airport T1 was built in 1981. it's s'porean's pride & honour. cheers!

my virgin try with jetstar was quite a shock! it sms me at 7am said 11.30am flight retime to 1.30pm! it flew only at 2.15pm! a friend ever said such is common to budget airline. took 1/2 hr to chk out. local said normal. sometimes 2 hrs! by the time i chk in to hotel was 5pm. my schedule was altered. many prefer jetstar but i dont see the diff with other budget airlines. the smiling face of a particular air stewardess on the return trip made my day. 

 
deeply impressed by this european design The Ecotel Bangkok Hotel during my oct trip. this time stayed in.

its interior is classic. quite surprise 2c the antique mop chinese old wood furniture at the lobby. wow!

the room was well furnished with all the basic items. guess as good as its neighbouring giants Ramada & Bkk Palace. particularly like its Smoking Area. when smokers come, its lights will auto on! also impressed by a touch-screen feature in the room! maybe i ain't IT smart.

Massage is a Big Thing in Thai. 3/5 of this road is massage salon. its mkt rate is S$6 an hr for foot massage. S$10 an hr for body massage. some strictly no xtra svc. 1 shop advt: 4 Hands Body Massage!!!! 

next Big thing is Thai Food. i go for simple local f & b to get the true good taste.

Watch Collection w/o a SEIKO is incomplete. the revolution (Quartz) it caused in the earlier years of watch industry controlled by the Swiss was unbelievable! it swept many swiss brands off the market or merge! most middle-age pple were surely have or still owning a Seiko! my mid-30s good fr andrew wears a beautiful sporty Seiko.  

today sun, mar 11, 2012, lunar 2nd mth 19th day: Goddess of Mercy Birthday, i happened to visit parkway parade. as usual dropped by to a fav watch shop. some Seiko Limited & Collectable Editions caught my eyes! 

so this's it. a Seiko 130th Anniversary Limited Edition World Time! Rose Gold Plated. Black PVD Bracelet. 40mm. i'm very pleased with today's collection especially on a Holy Day. my other collection can be found in older post What's the Time. happy admiring!
