let me join in the talk of the town. this property lies in the basic good feng shui site of yishun. well, what i'm very concern is the 1 row of 3 hospitals nearby!

one home of 3 heros is great but in this case is more to horror! 一门三劫而不是杰！

hospital gives negative & unhealthy energy or qi. unless your trade is related to medical or negative energy eg doctor, nurse, casket, caretaker, joss paper etc, if not invest with extreme care, & best to input feng shui to combat the issue.

also some blocks are too close to one another. energy can't circulate smoothly.
