999 yrs what an attraction! 3-storey semiD. hope the actual house is broader than its pic. from the pic with its lush green, my imagination is tomb n cementry! mildly bother by the crossroad of boundary rd, upp paya lebar n upp serangoon rd. qi or energy in kovan area is flat. hope no more 'chicken' hang around that area. 

a friend almost bought a 99 yrs, 3 1/2 storey hse in Yishun for $2m!!! siao!
