Fire in Orchard Central

from feng shui's angle, Orchard Central Mall has bad shape, design, & road structure! its escalator at one particular side is horrid! well, it's unfortunate that a shop caught fire but can't help it due to the ill geomancy! 

for the good of all, developers please input feng shui for all projects including auspicious dates & time  especially for ground-breaking.
